"The regional symbol has two parts: the logo and the symbol.
The logo is the writing "Regione Lombardia" (colour black, font Futura Bold).
The symbol is a green Pantone 356 square in front of which is the “rosa camuna” (ancient symbol from the Val Camonica), a sort of stylized four-leaf clover. It is white and rotated roughly 22 degrees on its axis. 
The green square is positioned on top of the writing. 
The proportions of the two elements are: 
- width of the square: 1/3 of the width of the writing
- height of the writing: 1/4 of the height of the square”
